Apartment rental agent - representative

Managing, this is an administrator of long-term apartment rentals and related services. The company's activities began in the Rent Vilnius group of companies in 2014 and became one of the first companies in Lithuania to professionally provide long-term apartment rental administration services.
Our goal is to provide apartment owners with the opportunity to receive income without worries. The company's services are in increasing demand throughout Lithuania, therefore we are looking for freelance rental agents-representatives.

Tasks if needed:

Search for tenants for apartments administered by the company.
Show the company's apartments to potential tenants.
Prepare a lease agreement according to the company's template.
Provide the agreement to tenants for signing.
Communicate with tenants regarding the transfer of the deposit.
Perform the transfer of the apartment after renting: let the tenants into the apartment, explain the rental procedure and the specifics of the apartment, record the condition of the apartment.
Perform the takeover of the apartment after the lease: inform the tenant about the intended takeover, record the condition of the apartment, draw up an act of acceptance of the apartment after the lease.
Upload the apartment rental documents to the company's information system.
Allow craftsmen or persons managing the apartment into the apartment.
Take over the apartment for lease administration from the apartment owner.

Experience in customer service.
Experience in real estate brokerage would be an advantage.
Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Results-oriented.
Responsibility, smooth communication, thoroughness when working with documents.
Ability to work independently.
Have a car and drive it for trips to facilities.
