Our BYD sales team is looking for a BYD showroom administrator to join our team in Kaunas. In this position, you will be responsible for professional customer service and consultation, participate in the sales process and contribute to document management and administration.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- You will professionally greet and communicate with salon clients and guests.
- You will carefully, efficiently and timely administer incoming calls and other customer inquiries.
- You will make follow-up calls.
- You will manage correspondence and documentation, perform GDPR form control.
- You will order stationery and other necessary goods for salon employees.
- You will control the cleaning company and ensure order in the salon.
- You will replace colleagues when necessary.
- You will perform other assigned tasks.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, you should:
- Have customer service experience.
- Be able to organize work and quickly navigate situations.
- Be thorough, responsible and attentive to details.
- Be able to communicate correctly in Lithuanian and have good command of English.
- Have clerical knowledge.
- Feel good communicating with people and being the center of attention.
- Have a category B driver's license - mandatory.
