Our BYD sales team is looking for a BYD showroom guru to join our team in Klaipėda. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom: you will professionally greet guests, advise on BYD cars, help clarify customer needs and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for the smooth management of daily administrative processes, customer inquiries and documentation, and contribute to the efficient operation of the salon.

Our BYD sales team is looking for a BYD showroom guru to join our team in Klaipėda. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom: you will professionally greet guests, advise on BYD cars, help clarify customer needs and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for the smooth management of daily administrative processes, customer inquiries and documentation, and contribute to the efficient operation of the salon.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- You will professionally greet and communicate with the salon's customers and guests.
- You will carefully, efficiently and in a timely manner administer incoming calls and other customer inquiries.
- You will make "Follow-up" calls.
- You will manage correspondence and documentation, perform GDPR form control.
- You will consult customers about BYD cars, their functions, help clarify needs and provide initial information about the offered models.
- You will organize test drives and contribute to a smooth customer experience in the salon.
- You will assist the sales team in daily activities and contribute to the process of handing over the car to the customer.
- You will supervise the salon's exposition and ensure a representative salon environment.
- You will order stationery and other necessary goods for the salon's employees.
- You will control the cleaning company and ensure order in the salon.
- You will replace colleagues if necessary.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, you should:
- Have customer service experience.
- Be able to organize work and quickly navigate situations.
- Be thorough, responsible and attentive to details.
- Be able to communicate correctly in Lithuanian and have good command of English.
- Have clerical knowledge.
- Feel good communicating with people and being the center of attention.
- Have a category B driver's license - mandatory.
