Our BYD service department team is looking for a service consultant to join our team in Klaipėda. In this position, you will be responsible for accepting cars for service, filling out service documents and issuing invoices, selecting spare parts and providing professional customer service according to Inchcape standards, ensuring the loyalty of existing customers.

To be successful in this position, you should:

• Have a university or higher education
• Have at least 1 year of successful customer service experience
• Be goal-oriented and result-oriented, be active, proactive and responsible
• Have excellent communication skills and know the rules of business etiquette
• Be fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian
• Be able to work with the Navision program (an advantage)
• Have good computer skills and a valid driver's license (at least 2 years)
