What will we trust you with?
- Organize, coordinate and ensure smooth operation of 5-6 assigned cafes in Vilnius;
- Manage a team of more than 25 employees and develop, motivate and help achieve common goals;
- Participate in employee selection and ensure the required team size;
- Plan work schedules and ensure efficient use of working time;
- Achieve sales, turnover and profitability goals;
- Analyze performance results, sales and cost indicators and initiate performance improvement solutions;
- Ensure high standards of customer service, quality, order and cleanliness;
- Contribute to the opening of new cafes, network expansion and other growth initiatives.
What do we expect from you?
- Management experience in the retail, catering or service sector;
- Ability to organize work and manage several processes simultaneously;
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for results;
- Leadership, initiative and a positive attitude;
- Ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team;
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance indicators;
- Category B driver's license (an advantage).
