What will we trust you with?
- Ensure smooth operations of 5-6 assigned cafes in Vilnius, organizing and coordinating daily processes.
- Manage a team of more than 25 employees: develop, motivate and mobilize the team to implement common goals.
- Organize employee selections, take care of the successful integration of new employees and ensure optimal team size.
- Plan work schedules and effectively manage working time resources.
- Achieve sales, turnover and profitability goals, ensuring effective cafe operations.
- Analyze performance, sales and cost indicators, make data-based decisions and initiate changes to improve performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, order and cleanliness in all assigned cafes.
- Contribute to the opening of new cafes, network expansion and other business growth initiatives.

- You have management experience in the retail, catering or service sector.
- You are able to effectively plan work, organize processes and manage several tasks at the same time.
- You are independent, make decisions and take responsibility for results.
- You are distinguished by leadership, initiative and a positive attitude.
- You know how to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
- You are able to analyze performance indicators, evaluate results and make data-based decisions.
- You have a category B driver's license (an advantage).
