The specialized brand “Candy POP” is more than just treats. It is a rapidly growing, international retail chain led by an ambitious and courageous team. We are growing quickly, together with those who are not afraid to take responsibility. We are currently looking for a store manager with the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.
Our story began when brothers Dovydas and Dominykas Juškiai – the future founders of “Candy POP” – spent their childhood days in the family business. Back then, they had no idea that sticking labels in a warehouse would gradually lead to the ambition of creating their own business.
Today, “Candy POP” has grown to:
a wholesale business that includes more than 3,000 points of sale in the Baltic States;
a retail chain with more than 40 stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland;
an international e-commerce platform;
a “Candy POP” business franchise.

Creating schedules and ensuring that shifts are fully staffed and working time requirements are met;
Organizing team work, distributing tasks and coordinating daily activities;
Monitoring and analyzing store sales results and implementing an action plan to achieve set goals;
Motivating the team, increasing engagement and creating a positive work atmosphere;
Organizing regular team meetings, discussing results, goals and challenges;
Organizing and maintaining inventories, controlling product balances and preventing losses;
Ordering products, planning stocks and maintaining product assortment;
Ensuring product layout, displays and visual standards according to company requirements;
Monitoring and continuously improving store operational processes;
Ensuring a high level of customer service and resolving complex situations;
Informing the team about ongoing campaigns, promotions and news;
Selecting new employees, introducing them to work, organizing training and monitoring their progress;
Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback and developing;
Ensuring store order, cleanliness, safety and compliance with internal rules;
Cooperating with other departments of the company to ensure smooth store operations;
Monitoring daily performance indicators, preparing reports and providing information to management;
Responsibility for the store's financial results and efficient use of resources.

Retail experience, management experience would be an advantage;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
Responsibility, diligence and problem solving skills;
Good communication and coordination skills.
