The specialized brand “Candy POP” is more than just treats. It is a rapidly growing, international retail chain led by an ambitious and courageous team. We are growing quickly, together with those who are not afraid to take responsibility. We are currently looking for a store manager with the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.
Our story began when brothers Dovydas and Dominykas Juškiai – the future founders of “Candy POP” – spent their childhood days in the family business. Back then, they had no idea that sticking labels in a warehouse would gradually lead to the ambition of creating their own business.
Today, “Candy POP” has grown to:
a wholesale business that includes more than 3,000 points of sale in the Baltic States;
a retail chain with more than 30 stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland;
an international e-commerce platform;
a “Candy POP” business franchise.

Scheduling and ensuring that the schedule includes all shifts, working hours are correct and errors are corrected;
Organize and conduct team meetings where results, aspirations and issues are discussed;
Organizing and maintaining the inventory so that the calculation is smooth and clear;
Order goods and analyze their quantities;
Ensure order in the store/warehouse, delegate tasks to the team;
Inform the team about ongoing campaigns;
Train new employees, check their knowledge, monitor their progress and correct errors;
Perform daily work tasks according to established standards.

Retail experience, management experience would be an advantage;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
Responsibility, diligence and problem solving skills;
Good communication and coordination skills.
