Nature of work
- Planning, organizing and controlling the work of the wooden window and door production workshop;
- Ensuring a smooth production process according to the orders submitted;
- Compliance with the established product quality and standard requirements;
- Solving problems arising during the production process.
Place of work: Kaišiadorys
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8 hours a day / 2 shifts, changing weekly
(1st week 06:00-14:30, 2nd week 14:30-23:00)
Employee requirements
- Experience as a foreman or team leader in a manufacturing company;
- Ability to lead a team and ensure smooth distribution of work;
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks, and make decisions independently;
- Good computer literacy;
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage;
- Ability to work in two shifts.
