Nature of work:
- Organize the daily activities of the packaging workshop - from the distribution of tasks to their smooth implementation;
- Coordinate the processes of loading raw materials warehouse and production;
- Ensure high-quality, timely and efficient execution of work;
- Lead the team (maintain work order and a positive work environment);
- Monitor and control work processes, propose and implement their improvement;
- Cooperate with other departments, ensuring the smooth execution of production processes.
Place of work: Ilgoji g. 54, Lindiniškės, Vilnius district
Working hours: I-V 07:30-16:00
Employee requirements:
- Engineering/technical education;
- Management experience in a manufacturing company;
- Ability to plan, organize work and make decisions;
- Responsibility, independence and result orientation;
- Good communication skills and diplomacy;
- Computer literacy (experience in working with the production and accounting management program "Monitor" is an advantage);
- Russian is an advantage.
