- Registering, analyzing, and systematizing the collected information;
- Performing and distributing work to the team;
- Monitoring and improving the performance indicators of the unit;
- Receiving and registering failures and events;
- Communicating with shopping center employees, institutions, and external companies;
- Preparing reports;
- Initiating process/system improvement projects.
Employee requirements
- At least a university degree;
- Analytical approach, data systematization, management;
- Good presentation of thoughts both orally and in writing;
- Diligence, attentiveness, duty;
- Ability to resolve conflict situations;
- Languages – Lithuanian, English, Russian (at least for minimal conversation);
- Advantages: knowledge of video and security systems, retail work experience.
