Nature of work
We are looking for a security operator-dispatcher who is able to remain alert, quickly assess the situation and make appropriate decisions.
The main tasks are to monitor protected objects, manage incoming signals and ensure prompt response to events.

- You will monitor the territories of protected objects using video surveillance systems, identify possible violations and take action to resolve them;
- You will monitor the signals of security and fire detection systems and manage their activation;
- You will evaluate the information received, analyze situations and make decisions according to established procedures;
- You will record events, systematize information and transfer it to responsible employees and response forces;
- You will monitor malfunctions of video surveillance, security and fire detection equipment and register their failures;
- You will contribute to ensuring public order and security in protected objects.
What do we expect from you?
- Work experience in a security or surveillance center is an advantage, but not a necessity;
- Good computer skills - you will work with MS Word, Excel and video surveillance systems;
- Ability to quickly navigate the situation, analyze information and respond promptly;
- Attentiveness, responsibility, independence and ability to concentrate;
- Sociability and ability to work in a team;
- Willingness to learn and master the security and video surveillance systems necessary for the job.
