Eglė Sanatorium rehabilitation centers are a new direction in sanatoriums, for the modern rhythm of life. Currently, there are 11 rehabilitation centers operating throughout Lithuania, which provide professional rehabilitation and wellness services.

🌲What will you do in the team?
- You will plan, organize, coordinate and ensure the efficient work of the center;
- You will organize the search and selection of candidates, participate in interviews and their assessment;
- You will analyze the results of activities, prepare reports in a timely manner, provide statistical data and activity plans to your direct manager;
- You will ensure that the services at the center are provided professionally, qualitatively and responsibly;
- You will provide ideas and suggestions on how we can work even more efficiently;
- You will ensure a smooth path for clients between the sanatoriums in Birštonas, Druskininkai and the rehabilitation center.

- Good computer literacy skills;
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail;
- Willingness and ability to help customers and employees;
- Organization and ability to plan work;
- Perseverance and result orientation;
- Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to requirements;
- Experience in leading a team (in the field of customer service - an advantage);
- Knowledge of Russian and/or English (an advantage).

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country.
