CEO Activity Coordinator

Lumont is a real estate development group that develops exclusive residential real estate projects in Palanga.

We are looking for an ambitious, analytical and proactive specialist who will help evaluate real estate development projects, supervise the work of project managers and ensure timely implementation of decisions made.

In this position, you will be directly subordinate to the CEO and contribute to making the most important real estate development decisions.

● Assistance to the CEO in assessing real estate development projects – analysis of project progress, results, economic feasibility and potential risks, provision of conclusions and proposals.
● Control of the progress, deadlines and implementation of planned works of real estate development projects.
● Supervision of managers' performance, task execution and achievement of set goals.
● Assessment of progress of design and construction processes, identification of potential delays and risks.
● Analysis of project information, budgets and key performance indicators and preparation of reports for the CEO.
● Control of the implementation of decisions made by the CEO and monitoring the implementation of tasks by responsible persons.
● Assessment of the efficiency of operational processes and provision of proposals for their improvement.

● Higher education in construction, engineering, real estate development, management or a related field.
● Practical experience in real estate development, design, construction or project coordination.
● Good understanding of real estate development and design processes, ability to evaluate project progress and results.
● Strong analytical and economic thinking, ability to evaluate information and draw reasonable conclusions.
● Ability to plan, set priorities and control the implementation of tasks.
● Independence, initiative, responsibility and result orientation.
● Ability to communicate constructively and with reason with project managers and the company's shareholder.

Salary from 3,000 EUR after taxes + bonuses depending on work results.
