CEO / Business Manager in Germany

We are looking for an experienced manager who would take responsibility for the activities and business results of a Lithuanian company in Germany. The company carries out fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure installation projects in the German market. We are looking for not only a strong people or project manager - we also need someone who is familiar with the German business environment, communicates fluently in German and is able to manage the business through financial results.

• Experience in managing a business, company or significant business unit;
• Real work and business experience in the German market;
• Excellent knowledge of the German language, allowing you to independently conduct meetings and negotiations;
• Strong financial literacy - the ability to read and analyze P&L, financial statements, budgets, margins and comment on results in a reasoned manner;
• The ability to independently make decisions and take responsibility for the result;
• The ability to work about 80% of the working time in Germany, about 20% - in Lithuania.

Experience in the fields of telecommunications, fiber optic infrastructure, construction, energy, engineering or other design / contracting businesses is a great advantage.
