In this position, you will be expected to:

• Planning and executing crystal growth processes according to established methodologies and technical guidelines
• Selection of materials, solutions and optimal process conditions according to established tasks
• Monitoring and controlling crystal growth process parameters, ensuring stable and high-quality results
• Analysis of defect causes and providing suggestions for process improvement
• Documentation of processes and results according to company procedures.
• Collaboration with other engineering teams in solving technical issues

The team expects you to:

• Have a degree in chemistry, materials science, physics or a similar field
• Have knowledge of material properties and physicochemical phenomena
• Able to work according to technical methodologies and ensure process quality
• Able to analyze experimental data, evaluate results and identify process improvement opportunities
• Have the basics of working with laboratory equipment and various measurement methods
• You are meticulous, responsible and able to systematically document the work performed
• Able to independently plan your activities and collaborate in a team

After the probationary period, an additional variable salary is awarded, linked to your and your team's results, which can reach up to 10% of the quarterly salary.
