Main responsibilities:
- Analyze test results and based on them assess the condition of motor oils and internal combustion engines and prepare reports
- Prepare laboratory test instructions and methodological recommendations
- Administer laboratory supplies, chemical accounting and prepare residue reports
- Organize calibration and metrological verification of measuring instruments
- Maintain laboratory equipment: ensure its operation and coordinate the installation of new equipment
- Perform laboratory tests as needed
- Prepare employee work schedules and keep track of working hours
- Prepare procurement documentation for the purchase of laboratory equipment and materials
- Organize the sorting and transfer of laboratory hazardous waste to waste managers
What do we expect?
- Higher education in chemistry or a related field
- Work experience in a laboratory
- Knowledge of laboratory processes and documentation
- Analytical and data management skills
- Good MS Office (Excel) skills
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills
- Responsibility, initiative
- Willingness to learn and improve
