We are currently looking for a Chemist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the particle formation, size classification and other physical parameters of silica gel and carbon sorbents, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and the highest quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Formation of sorbent particles of precise size and porosity: sorbent washing using an automatic/semi-automatic solvent supply and reactor (50-150L) control system;
- Drying of the sorbent using rotary evaporators or drying ovens;
- Separation of sorbent particles using cyclones/centrifuges;
- Equipment maintenance;
- Preparation and completion of documentation;
- Data analysis and technology development.
Requirements:
- Higher university or college education in the field of natural sciences (chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, biology or other related field); Master's degree is an advantage.
- Work experience in the field of production is an advantage.
- Knowledge of documentation principles.
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Communicative skills, diligence, responsibility, attentiveness and duty.
