Main responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory research and experiments
- Participate in product development, production or technological process activities
- Work with analytical methods and modern laboratory equipment
- Analyze research results and prepare technical documentation
- Contribute to product quality assurance
- Participate in new product development, validation and process optimization projects
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, production and other teams
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and innovation
Experience and qualifications:
- Higher education in chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or another related field
- We invite applications from specialists with both bachelor's and master's degrees
- We will evaluate both professional work experience and laboratory practice or research experience during studies
Skills and competences:
- Basics of laboratory work
- Interest in chemistry, analytical methods and technologies
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Desire to learn, improve and grow professionally
We will consider as an advantage - Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Analytical chemistry
- Chromatography (HPLC, UHPLC, etc.)
- Materials or polymer chemistry
- Preparation of solutions, reagents or buffers
- Laboratory equipment and analytical methods
- Quality control
- Product development and technology development
- Manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of GMP or other quality system principles
