You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of production plans, coordination and control of their implementation;
- Smooth organization of the work of the production unit - assignment of tasks, coordination of activities and supervision of technological processes;
- Preparation and approval of employee work schedules, keeping working time records and preparing reports;
- Coordination of raw material acceptance, production reloading processes and ordering missing raw materials and tools;
- Control and accounting of raw material and manufactured product residues;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and fire safety requirements;
- Maintaining effective communication with the manager and team;
- Monitoring and analysis of performance results according to key performance indicators (KPI);
- Delegation of tasks, promotion of teamwork and smooth cooperation with colleagues;
- Filling in and administering documentation related to duties.
We hope you will:
- You have a degree in chemistry;
- You have work experience in production or warehousing (an advantage);
- You have gained managerial experience in a production environment (an advantage);
- You are able to effectively organize and coordinate work, make decisions and are result-oriented;
- You have good planning, organizational and analytical skills;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are flexible, responsible and able to work in a team.
