Stafferty's client - a modern and growing polyurethane foam factory - invites a chemist-technologist to join us, who will contribute to the development of new products, the improvement of existing technological solutions and the optimization of production processes.
If you are well versed in organic and polymer chemistry, like to experiment, analyze results and search for the most effective solutions - we are waiting for your application.

Your responsibilities:
- Improve existing polyurethane foam formulas and technological systems;
- Develop new product formulas and innovative solutions;
- Plan and conduct laboratory tests, analyze their results;
- Optimize production processes to achieve the highest product quality;
- Cooperate with the production team in solving technological issues;
- Evaluate raw materials and solutions offered by suppliers;
- Prepare technological documentation and test reports.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in chemistry, chemical technology, polymer chemistry or a related field;
- You have a strong background in organic chemistry;
- You are well versed in polymer chemistry;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in the chemical industry;
- You are able to think analytically, work carefully and independently;
- You know English for working with technical documentation and suppliers.
