About the position:
We are looking for a Chief Data & Analytics Officer who will take responsibility for the data strategy, data governance, KPI system architecture, business analytics, insights and forecasting of the entire group of companies.
This is a strategic leadership position that connects data and business decision-making at the group level. The CDAO will ensure that data across the group is consistent, reliable and used as one of the main foundations for organizational management and strategic decision-making.
One of the most important tasks of this position is to solve the problem of data fragmentation and disparate practices, create a common data and KPI management system and ensure a unified "source of truth" for the organization.
The focus of the position is four main areas: data and analytics strategy, KPI system, data governance and BI/insights.

Main responsibilities:
- Data and Analytics Strategy — to form and implement a common data, analytics and insights strategy for the group of companies, solving the problem of fragmentation and creating a single "source of truth".
- Set data governance principles and standards, ensure data quality and consistency across the group.
- KPI system — to create and develop a unified KPI architecture, definitions and calculation methodology for the entire group; business unit managers remain responsible for KPI goals and their achievement, CDAO is responsible for architecture, methodology and data reliability.
- BI and Insights — to lead the development of BI, analytics, insights and forecasting functions, providing consolidated, actionable insights to management.
- Implement self-service analytics (self-service BI) solutions for recurring business needs.
- Collaborate with IT on data platforms, architecture and technologies (which remain the responsibility of IT), acting as the owner of data management and business needs.
- Identify and prioritize AI and advanced analytics use cases based on their measurable business value.
- Lead and develop the data, BI and analytics team.
We hope that:
- You have significant leadership experience in data, analytics or BI, ideally at a group or international level.
- You have experience in shaping and implementing data/analytics strategy and transforming KPI systems in a large, complex organization.
- You understand the principles of Data Governance, data quality and "single source of truth".
- You are able to transform complex data into clear, business-relevant insights and communicate effectively with top-level managers.
- You have practical experience in implementing self-service BI solutions.
- You are able to connect the needs of different business units and IT into a common data and analytics model.
- You are interested in AI and advanced analytics and are able to prioritize its use according to business value.
