About the position
This is the CHRO role that enables HR to become one of the key strategic partners in implementing organizational transformation. The CHRO will be responsible for the transformation of people, organization and operating model in the Baltic region, supporting strategic changes such as omnichannel development, digitalization, implementation of artificial intelligence solutions and operational efficiency.

Primary responsibilities
1. Business Transformation Implementation. Lead business transformation from a people and organizational perspective, creating an organizational operating model and HR strategy directly linked to the business strategy.
2. Consulting CEO, shareholders and managers. Be a strategic advisor on organizational development and change management issues.
3. HR team leadership. Lead an HR team of more than 30 people, raising it to the level of a strategic partner.
4. Strengthening talent and leadership. Create leadership and talent management systems for the future capabilities of the organization.
5. Increasing the efficiency of HR processes by applying digitalization and AI solutions. Continuously improve HR processes and the solutions they support to meet business needs.

Experience required
- Experience in implementing complex organizational transformations; experience in leading an HR function would be a significant advantage.
- Experience in C-level or other top-level management positions.
- Experience in leading a large, cross-functional team.
- Experience working with CEOs, shareholders or top-level managers.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Higher university education.
- Knowledge of English (C1).
Wage
Starting from €6,600 (gross, excluding taxes) and additional benefits package. Final salary is negotiated individually, taking into account the candidate's experience.
