Ciongo Entertainment - Team Lead

Ciongo is looking for an entertainment team leader – not just any employee!

If YES – we need YOU as Ciongo’s entertainment TEAM LEAD. 💪

🏁 Your mission:
Organize and supervise ATV tours, jet ski rentals, wakesurf entertainment – from customer service to equipment maintenance.

Lead the team: maintain order, train newcomers, solve problems, motivate.

Take care of the base and equipment: clean equipment, prepared outfits, tidy environment – this is your responsibility.

Represent the face of Ciongo – be an example to both customers and colleagues.

Cooperate with the service on equipment repairs, perform basic inspections.

Administer the progress of the guards: signing contracts, recording events, cashier operations, claims administration

🚦 We hope that you:
Have experience with technology (you know what a hinge is and what the oil level should be).

Have a leadership fire - you want and know how to lead a team.

Can communicate work in a human way - a balance between a friend and a manager.

You are organized, punctual, attentive to details (order is your middle name).

Have a category B driver's license.

You know how to plan a working day and solve problems quickly.
