CISO (Chief Information Security Officer)

The CISO will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's information security strategy, ensuring compliance with financial sector regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2, DORA, GDPR). He will also manage cyber risks, incidents, security architecture, and collaborate with regulators and internal teams to ensure the security and operational resilience of the organization.

• Security strategy and management:

Develop and implement the company's information security strategy, monitor ISMS (ISO 27001), report to management on risks, incidents and security indicators. Strengthen security culture in the organization.

• Regulatory compliance:

Ensure compliance with PSD2, DORA, GDPR, NIS2 and other financial sector requirements, cooperate with supervisory authorities, coordinate audits and assessments.

• Risk and incident management:

Evaluate and manage cyber and operational risks, monitor incident management and business continuity plans, ensure incident response and monitoring processes (SIEM/SOC).

• Technical security:

Formulate security requirements in the product development process (DevSecOps), monitor API and cloud security, organize vulnerability tests and manage supplier security risks.

• Collaboration:

Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective implementation of security solutions.
