CIT Operations Manager

By joining our team in Vilnius, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the CIT department, organizing and coordinating the activities of CIT employees, resolving operational issues, and implementing the department's goals.

Organizing the activities of the CIT unit and ensuring smooth work;
Planning, coordinating the work of the CIT team and monitoring the performance results;
Organizing the secure collection and transportation processes of cash and other valuables;
Creating work schedules, planning resources and ensuring operational efficiency;
Selecting, developing and organizing training for CIT employees;
Cooperating with clients, the Control Tower team and other internal departments;
Organizing vehicle fleet maintenance and ensuring business continuity;
Implementing process improvement initiatives and improving the quality of operations;
Ensuring compliance with security, compliance and internal control requirements.

You have a university degree or higher;
You have at least 1 year of work experience in cash management or logistics;
You have experience in leading a team;
You have strong communication skills;
You are fluent in English;
You have good computer skills;
You are results-oriented and able to make decisions and take responsibility for them.
