Working hours - 16:00–01:00 (Monday–Friday).

We are a company operating in the international US transport market and are looking for a Claims Specialist to join our team in Klaipėda.

Experience with claims is not necessary - we will teach you everything. The most important thing is that you have experience in the US transport/logistics field and understand the main processes.

Administer traffic accidents, cargo damage, theft and vehicle damage cases.
Collect and verify incident-related documents and other information.
Communicate with insurance companies, drivers, brokers and other parties involved in the process.
Register, track and administer damage cases.
Ensure orderly and accurate documentation accounting.

You have experience in the US logistics or transportation sector.
You have a good understanding of transportation processes.
You are able to work responsibly, organized and independently.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken).

Salary 1,500–1,800 € (depending on experience).
