We will trust you in this position
- Manage a team of about 50 employees in the CNC milling department, organize its work and ensure effective management of production processes.
- Plan production capacities, ensure the execution of production plans and timely implementation of orders.
- Develop employees, strengthen their competencies, form a culture of responsibility, cooperation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production indicators, initiate process improvement projects and increase production efficiency.
- Ensure high standards of quality, occupational safety and work organization.
- Cooperate with technology, planning, quality, technical maintenance and other departments to achieve common company goals.
- Actively participate in company performance improvement and strategic projects.
Expectations for candidates
- You have at least 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing company.
- You are well versed in CNC milling or metalworking processes.
- You are able to plan work, analyze indicators and make data-based decisions.
- You are a leader who is able to motivate a team, delegate responsibilities and achieve results.
- You have experience in implementing process efficiency solutions (LEAN, Kaizen or other methods - an advantage).
- You work well with ERP systems.
- You speak English. German would be an advantage.
