Nature of work:
- Metal (aluminum) processing and production;
- CNC equipment management, maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Production quality control, measurements;
- Machining program adjustment and simple program writing (I, J codes, G54–G59);
- Equipment adjustment: tools, fixtures, clamps;
- Working with 3–5 axis CNC milling machines;
- Improving production processes and adjusting robotic lines;
- Maintaining order in the workplace.
Working hours – rotating schedule: 4 working days, 4 days off:
- 2 day shifts (6:45–19:15);
- 2 night shifts (18:45–7:15).

You are eligible for these positions if:
- You have experience in adjusting CNC milling machines (at least 2 years);
- You are able to read drawings;
- You know how to perform product quality control using measuring tools;
- You are able to select tools according to the intended technology;
- You are familiar with adjusting CNC program modes (programs are prepared by production technologists);
- You want to learn and improve;
- You have basic computer literacy;
- You have good oral and written Lithuanian language skills.

The salary depends on experience and available competencies and is based on the company's remuneration regulations.
After the probationary period, there is an opportunity to earn a motivational bonus, the amount of which can reach up to 10%.
