What you will do:
- you will operate 3- and 5-axis HOMAG CNC woodworking centers (NESTING and BHX), performing milling and drilling operations on project furniture parts;
- you will work with WOODWOP 7.2 software - run programs prepared by technologists;
- you will supervise the processing process and perform self-control of the quality and dimensions of the manufactured parts;
- you will carry out production tasks according to the planned production schedule;
- you will cooperate with technologists and the production team to ensure a smooth production process.
Workflow that allows you to focus on CNC machining
We organize the operator's workplace and related processes so that you can focus on precise and high-quality machining of parts, and not on additional technical or organizational work.
- Technologists take care of the preparation of CNC programs based on CAM files.
- A responsible employee takes care of the maintenance, sharpening and timely replacement of tools.
- Technical maintenance and repair of CNC equipment is ensured by a specialized equipment service company.
You will be successful in this position if:
- you have experience working with CNC woodworking, milling or drilling machines;
- you are able to read technical drawings;
- you know how to use measuring instruments;
- you work carefully, responsibly and are quality-oriented;
- you are able to work independently and in a team.
Working hours
Work is organized in 3 shifts, Monday-Friday:
Shift I: 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM
Shift II: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Shift III: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Shifts are changed according to the established work schedule. Weekends are free.
