STEVILA is expanding production and is looking for CNC milling and turning machine operators.
We are not just looking for the “ideal candidate”. If you already work independently with CNC – we will assess your existing competence and offer a salary that matches it.
If you do not have much CNC experience yet, but you understand technical drawing, know how to use measuring instruments and want to learn more – we will help you grow. You will have a mentor at work and a clear path to higher qualifications.

What are you going to do?
- You will work on CNC milling or turning machines;
- You will manufacture parts according to programs and technical drawings;
- You will change tools, fix parts and prepare the equipment for work;
- You will measure the manufactured parts and ensure their quality;
- You will monitor the production process.
If you are able to independently adjust CNC machines - we are especially interested in this and we will take this into account when offering a salary.
