CNC machine operator - we train

Don’t have experience with CNC machines? We will train you. NARBUTAS has an internal Operator Academy, where operator competencies are consistently acquired.
During the first few months, you will gain the necessary knowledge and practical skills together with experienced colleagues.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Working with CNC machining centers.
• Setting and adjusting machine parameters, daily maintenance, changing tools.
• Data administration using the PRO1 task management system.
• Reading drawings, using measuring tools.
• Quality assurance, adhering to the production plan and established efficiency indicators.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIREMENT:

• A responsible attitude to work and work discipline.
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate with other production employees.
• Punctuality and reliability in daily activities.
• Ability to work with CNC machining centers or motivation to learn.
• Technical understanding and willingness to work according to drawings and set parameters.
• Diligence, attention to detail and orientation towards a quality result.
• Desire to improve and comply with established production, safety and efficiency requirements.

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

• Stable working time organization – shift work schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00), weekends off, cumulative working time accounting is applied.
• In addition to the basic salary – the opportunity to earn more through the bonus system: up to 10% for work results and up to 5% for attendance (after the trial period).

• Transportation of employees to/from work from surrounding cities (e.g. Anykščiai, Jonava, Molėtai, Vilnius, Panevėžys) (you save an average of ~200 €/month in travel expenses).

SALARY:

Hourly wage (10.80 - 14.89 gross, €/hour) (average monthly wage: 1802 - 2484 €/month) (depending on skills and competencies):

• Category I: 10.80 - 11.63 €/hour. (average monthly salary: 1802 - 1940 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)
• Category II: 11.92 - 13.16 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1989 - 2195 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)
• Category III: 13.49 - 14.89 €/hour (average monthly salary: 2251 - 2484 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)

(Additionally: possibility to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.)

The company applies cumulative working time accounting.

The final salary will depend on your experience and competencies.
