Job description:
- Working with Haas CNC turning and milling machines.
- Working with automatic band sawing machines.
- Manufacturing parts according to drawings, work tasks, technological cards and production plan.
- Preparing workpieces: cutting, marking, basing, clamping, loading / unloading.
- Launching CNC programs, performing basic corrections based on measurement results.
- Selecting, changing, monitoring and registering tools.
- Measuring and quality checking manufactured parts.
- Daily maintenance of machine tools, filling out inspection sheets.
- Maintaining order, cleanliness and 5S principles in the workplace.
- Minor locksmith work: removing edges, removing burrs, threading, drilling, cleaning.
Employee requirements
- Experience working with CNC or metalworking machines.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Ability to use basic measuring tools.
- Technical thinking and attention to detail.
- Responsible attitude to equipment, tools and workplace.
- Ability to work independently according to the task.
- Tidiness and safe work habits.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to independently arrive at the workplace.
Advantages - experience with operating Haas machines, experience with automatic band saws, ability to perform basic CNC program corrections, experience in the production of metal products, agricultural machinery, welded structures or mechanical assemblies, locksmith skills, forklift / crane / lifting equipment certificates.
