We are looking for a motivated person who wants to grow in the field of metalworking. If you have completed vocational or higher education, have theoretical knowledge about CNC machines, but you still lack practical experience - we are ready to help you become a professional CNC operator.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a motivated person who wants to grow in the field of metalworking. If you have completed vocational or higher education, have theoretical knowledge about CNC machines, but you still lack practical experience - we are ready to help you become a professional CNC operator.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will operate and maintain CNC milling or turning machines.
- You will process parts according to prepared programs and technical drawings.
- You will prepare equipment for work: change tools, fasten parts.
- You will perform measurements and quality control of manufactured parts.
- You will monitor the production process and contribute to ensuring smooth work.
- You will maintain a tidy and safe workplace.
- Work in shifts: I-V, I-06:00-14:00, II-14:00-22:00. Shifts change weekly. Weekends are free.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Want to work in an international company that produces parts for new cars (VW, AUDI, BMW, LAMBORGHINI, BENTELER, etc.);
- Have at least minimal knowledge of CNC equipment or up to 6 months of experience in the field of metalworking.
- Can read technical drawings.
- Know how to use basic measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
- Have secondary or vocational education (higher education is an advantage).
- Are responsible, meticulous, focused on quality results.
The most important thing is that you want to learn, improve and become a strong CNC operator.
We will assign you a personal mentor - a professional, experienced colleague who will help you further improve your skills and consolidate your knowledge at work. Dare to try working in the Hi-steel production department!

The salary is individually adjusted, taking into account your professional experience, competencies and suitability for the position. If you are able to independently program CNC machines and prepare them for work, this will be assessed as an additional competency and we will take it into account when determining the salary.
