CNC Machine Operator

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Working with CNC machining centers.
• Setting and adjusting machine parameters, daily maintenance, changing tools.
• Data administration using the PRO1 task management system.
• Reading drawings, using measuring tools.
• Quality assurance, adhering to the production plan and established efficiency indicators.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIREMENT:

• Responsible attitude to work and work discipline.
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate with other production employees.
• Punctuality and reliability in daily activities.
• Ability to work with CNC machining centers or motivation to learn.
• Technical understanding and willingness to work according to drawings and set parameters.
• Diligence, attention to detail and orientation towards a quality result.
• Desire to improve and comply with established production, safety and efficiency requirements.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €10.80 - €11.63/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: €1802 - €1940/month excluding taxes, depending on actual hours worked.

The organization uses a time-based accounting system.

The final wage will depend on the experience and competencies.
