We want to grow and increase production capacity, so today we are looking for an experienced colleague who can take over the supervision of the CNC bar and is able to work with CNC metal metalworking machines.

Nature of work
- 50/50 nature of work, when 50% of the time is spent on supporting the operation of CNC machines (ordering materials, planning/distribution of work, etc.) The other 50% of the time is spent working with the machines themselves.
- Independent work with CNC milling machines, performing metal parts processing according to technical drawings;
- You will work with CNC machines: milling machine HURCO VM10UiPlus and lathe DOOSAN Lyn 2100LSYB;
- Entering drawing and product data into the CNC machine control system, setting and adjusting technological modes;
- Responsibility for the entire company's CNC machine shop: machine preparation, maintenance, tool selection, inspection and replacement;
- Inspecting manufactured products according to drawings, performing measurements, quality assurance and documentation;
- Identification of technological problems and submission of proposals for improving production processes;
- Active cooperation with technologists, foremen and the quality department in resolving production issues;
- Preventive maintenance of CNC equipment and prompt transmission of observed failures or deviations to responsible persons.
What expectations do we have for a candidate?
- We expect you to have at least 1 year of experience working with metal CNC milling machines;
- You are able to work independently and make decisions - you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the entire CNC machine;
- You have very good knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings;
- You have experience in entering drawings/technical data into CNC programs and adjusting machines;
- You are responsible, meticulous, have analytical thinking and initiative;
- You are motivated to learn, improve and make production processes more efficient;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian (mandatory).
