CNC MACHINE OPERATOR-PROGRAMMER

We are looking for someone who has practical experience in CNC milling, understands metalworking processes, and is able to independently prepare a part for production - from a drawing or 3D model to a manufactured part.

Working with DATRON M8 Cube 3-axis CNC milling machines;
Preparing and adjusting CNC programs using Fusion 360;
Milling aluminum parts;
Selecting tools, cutting modes and machining strategies;
Preparing, basing and fixing workpieces;
Measuring and quality control of manufactured parts;
Analyzing technical drawings and 3D models;
Working with Rhinoceros (Rhino) software;
Maintaining machine tools and maintaining order in the workplace.

Required:
Experience working with CNC milling machines;
Practical experience in aluminum milling;
Ability to work with Fusion 360;
Ability to work with Rhinoceros (Rhino);
Ability to read technical drawings;
Understanding of milling tools, cutting modes, tolerances and part basing;
Responsibility, diligence and the ability to work independently.

Advantage:
Ability to independently create and adjust 3D models;
Experience with DATRON CNC machines;
Experience in manufacturing small and medium series of precise aluminum parts;
Ability to optimize CAM programs and production time.

Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00;
Work in one shift, no night shifts;
Work with modern DATRON M8 Cube CNC equipment;
