- UAB „Metalas ir mediena“
UAB Metalas ir Mediena (Metawood) is a furniture and metal manufacturing company working with international clients, including Tommy Hilfiger and Louis Vuitton. We use modern Homag CNC machines with WoodWOP software in production and are constantly improving our production processes.
Nature of work
- Programming and debugging of CNC machines (Homag, WoodWOP)
- Preparation and conversion of NC code using postprocessor
- Cooperation with the design department in preparing files required for production (Autodesk Inventor)
- Analysis of production drawings and technical documentation
- Optimization of production processes and solving technical problems
Requirements for candidates
- Technical education (in mechanics, woodworking, mechatronics or similar field)
- CNC machine tool programming experience (WoodWOP experience is an advantage)
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
- Analytical thinking and ability to independently solve technical problems
- Attention to detail and responsibility
