CNC technologist-operator

We are expanding our team and are looking for a CNC technologist-operator who will become a central person in our production process - from program preparation to cutting finished parts. You will work with modern equipment, use advanced (AI) tools that make everyday tasks easier, and have a real opportunity to shape production processes together with a small team. We are looking for a person for a long-term - stable position with growth prospects.

Everything else — machine tool control, SWOOD CAM, program writing nuances — we will train.

Salary depends on experience and skills. The skills listed below increase the salary
in the range of 1400–2000 € per hand.
A big advantage (salary in the upper part of the range):

• Experience with SWOOD CAM or other wood CAM program
• Work experience with 5-axis CNC machining centers
• Work experience in furniture or woodworking production

Advantage:

• SolidWorks knowledge (modeling, not only CAM)
• Experience with SCM, Morbidelli, Felder or Stefani machines
• Experience in operating edgebanding machines
• English at a technical level (for machine documentation)
• Experience in organizing teamwork
• Category B driver's license

• Salary 1400–2000 € in hand, depending on experience and skills

• Work schedule: Monday–Thursday 08:00–18:00 in the company, Friday half a day remotely (e.g. for program preparation)
