"Baltec CNC Technologies" is a modern metalworking company working with high added value engineering projects and advanced technologies. We are constantly growing, expanding production volumes and strengthening the team.
👉 We are currently looking for a responsible CNC lathe operator
🔧 Your daily routine:
⚙️ Production of metal products and parts using CNC lathes;
💻 Working with Siemens and Fanuc control systems;
🔩 Working with single or double spindle Doosan, DMG, Leadwell, Optimill lathes;
🏭 Production of small and medium series of parts using modern CNC machines;
🔧 Preparing CNC machines for work, selecting tools and changing them;
▶️ Launching, adjusting production programs and monitoring the turning process;
📐 Reading technical drawings, performing production tasks and using measuring instruments;
🛠️ Maintenance of the technical condition of the equipment and maintenance of order in the workplace;
🦺 Compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection and quality standards.
⏰ Work schedule:
Work in two shifts from Monday to Friday:
🕕 Shift I – 06:00–14:30
🕒 Shift II – 14:15–22:45
We hope that you:
✅ Have at least 1 year of work experience with CNC lathes;
📐 Able to read and understand technical drawings;
🚀 You are motivated to improve, learn and deepen your knowledge in production processes;
🔍 You are responsible, diligent and focused on quality results.
