Nature of work:
- Apartment rental: receiving calls, live inspections, concluding a contract.
- A clearly developed, effective rental sales standard, based on which high results are achieved.
- You will not need to look for clients - you will work only with potential (when conducting inspections) and existing clients.
- Work with a clear reporting system based on available analytics.
- Responsible coordination of daily economic issues.
- Solving various, constantly changing problems (it will be interesting, we promise).
- Smooth communication with all participants in the process.
- Shift work schedule: 3 working days, 3 days off - from 10:00 to 22:00.
We expect from our future colleague (Lithuanian language is not a necessity):
- COMMUNICABILITY and enjoyment of communication.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (fluent communication) - Lithuanian language is not a necessity!
- Responsibility and organization.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Goal-oriented - likes the result, likes when the work is done perfectly.
- Desire to grow and improve.
