Job description
- Fulfilment of obligations under the Polish Construction Law Act.
- Being proactive in meeting health and safety requirements.
- Planning, organisation and supervision of general construction works.
- Active participation in the development and management of the work schedule and procurement schedule.
- Full cooperation with the managers of the utility works and the project manager.
- Participation in partial and final inspections and acceptances (including during the process of obtaining the occupancy permit).
- Controlling and managing subcontractor settlements and construction records.
- Direct contact with the Customer-Appointed Supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position in a large, reputable organisation.
- Construction licence for management of structural and civil engineering without restrictions.
- High interpersonal skills: efficient management of the team and subcontractors, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Experience in the implementation of residential and commercial construction.
- Proactive attitude and commitment to the project.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Project, Excel, Word), Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Ability to create work schedules.
- Ability to make quick decisions.
- Category B driver’s licence.
