Key responsibilities
- Manage client construction projects: industrial/logistics developments, as well as office construction and fit-out.
- Plan and control project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate contract preparation and administration; manage technical specifications and design briefs (terms of reference).
- Represent the company’s and the client’s interests throughout the project with third parties (designers, contractors, and authorities).
Main requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Have strong organisational, time planning, and communication skills, and are driven to achieve top results.
- Have successfully delivered at least two construction projects with a value of €3M+ each.
- Have an excellent understanding of project management processes.
- Understand Lithuanian legal acts and regulations governing design and construction.
- Hold a university degree in construction, engineering, management, or a related field.
- Have strong skills using MS Project or other project management software (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
- Understand financial aspects of project management.
- Can work both independently and while organising a team’s work.
- A technical supervision certificate or construction manager certification would be an advantage.
- Are fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Salary (gross): 3800-4310 €/month plus additional compensation for daily work expenses. The final offer will depend on your experience, competencies, and ability to achieve targets independently.
