You will be responsible for the following projects:
There is an opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with 2 working days per week from home.

- You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining LEAN methodologies across the organization: 5S, GEMBA, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving;
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement and maintain standard work and visual management tools;
- Oversee the KPI system: define process metrics, build KPI trees, and evaluate measurement methodologies;
- Lead efficiency projects: analyze current state, identify waste, test and implement solutions, and track results;
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement;
- Manage change and ensure stakeholder engagement across departments.

Salary
From 2800 to 3500€/month gross.
Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, with a proven track record of implemented process improvement projects;
- Understand and apply LEAN methodologies (5S, Kaizen, GEMBA), problem-solving methods (5 Whys, Ishikawa), and KPI/OKR frameworks;
- Have experience in process management: BPMN 2.0, the ability to design "as-is" and "to-be" processes and plan transitions;
- Possess strong facilitation and communication skills (both written and verbal), can influence without direct authority, manage conflicts, prioritize effectively, and have knowledge of change management;
- Have English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Advantages:
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 principles and audit experience;
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate;
- Higher education in management, industrial/engineering economics, or a related field.
