What you'll do

• Enter and maintain master data in the procurement contract system
  
• Verify the accuracy of product data sheets and packaging attachments
  
• Prepare procurement information notices
  
• Obtain and manage price-confirming documents from suppliers
  
• Maintain continuous communication with managers, other departments, and colleagues both locally and abroad
  
• Advise and support suppliers in filling out product data sheets
  

About you

• Higher education or last year student
  
• Good English skills (B2 level or higher); German language - advantage
  
• Attention to detail and meticulousness
  
• Structured thinking
  
• Proactivity
