We are a young, ambitious team, but we are not starting from scratch. We have a real business, capital, international partners, a technology team and clear growth plans.
We are looking for a COO who would not be an observer, but one of the key people in the team.
Your goal will be simple: to help us move quickly from idea to result.
What will you do:

- You will lead the most important projects to the result yourself
- You will coordinate the team, priorities and responsibilities
- You will solve daily operational issues
- You will create simple and effective processes
- You will work directly with founders, partners and the team
- You will see the problem and start solving it without waiting for someone to ask
What are we looking for
- A person with a strong sense of ownership.
- You like not only planning, but also doing it yourself.
- You are able to quickly orient yourself, make decisions and complete the work you have started.
- You have experience in operations, project management or business development.
- You are fluent in English.
- Fintech, payments, banking or technology experience would be a great advantage.
