Public Institution "Augalyn" invites a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the team, who will take care of the development of the organization, smooth operations and team management. Could this be you?
We are looking for someone who understands the purpose of "Augalyn" and is able to ensure the growth of the team and the organization. This is an executive role, in which you will work hand in hand with the organization's leader to implement systemic changes in our country and the world.

What will you do?
- You will ensure the timely implementation of the organization's projects and programs, mobilizing the team, promoting high engagement and a creative approach, and achieving ambitious results.
- You will optimize business processes, search for and adapt new systems (e.g., AI, CRM, etc.) and contribute to the growth and development of the organization - the implementation of new programs and projects.
- You will analyze performance results. You will ensure effective team work, help set priorities, monitor the progress of work, and ensure the implementation of set goals.
- You will form the organization's team, help it grow, and ensure a professional and inspiring culture.
We hope you:
- You feel the desire to contribute to positive change – improving human health and animal welfare.
- You have at least 3 years of management experience.
- You have managed a team of at least 15 people.
- You are able to translate strategic direction into clear operational processes.
- You have experience with organizational systems and digital tools (CRM, project management, HR and/or other systems).
- You are able to plan and organize work, inspire team members, evaluate their results and propose solutions for improvement.
- You write and speak Lithuanian fluently, and English well.

“Augalyn” is the only non-governmental organization in Lithuania that purposefully seeks to popularize plant-based food. We see this process in a complex way and we seek change by carrying out our activities in three main directions: educating the public, cooperating with businesses and promoting changes at the institutional level.
