SUMMARY
The Product Development Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting new product development and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. This role helps ensure a smooth workflow, coordinates product-related tasks, and develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize the efficiency of the Product Development Department. The Coordinator also contributes to procurement and communication processes to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Coordinate product development tasks to support an efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the department.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Department on sourcing materials for testing and product development.
- Organize meetings within the NPD department and with other departments and teams.
- Oversee the handling of non-standard requests through ticketing system.
- Monitor project progress, adjust priorities, and communicate project status.
- Maintain product development documentation.
- Resolve task allocation and resource distribution issues.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Experience in project management or product development coordination is an advantage.
- B2 or higher level of English proficiency.
