What you'll do

• Manage reputation, media, and social network monitoring tools, systematizing and presenting data
  
• Collaboration with the Baltic corporate affairs and communications team in implementing initiatives, projects, and campaigns
  
• Assist in the organization of company events and coordinating their execution
  
• Prepare presentations, overviews, texts, and other informational material (both independently and with the cooperation of colleagues)
  
• Collaborate with communication, event, and creative agencies to implement the company's communication strategy
  

About you

• Higher education in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or in a related field
  
• Experience in communication project management (working in an international company or a public relations agency is an advantage)
  
• Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills both spoken and written
  
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
  
• Analytical mindset, proactive and self-confident personality who easily adapts to changes and fast-paced environment
  
• A keen eye for detail paired with a highly organized and systematic workflow
  
• Result-oriented, willingness to collaborate, and continuously improve
