Citadele Banka is an innovative and data-driven organization with a strong focus on digital solutions. We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our Baltic Communication team.

- Develop, manage, and execute projects related to corporate communication
- Plan and distribute press releases, articles, and other content for media or company website
- Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences
- Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce copy for advertisements or articles
- Assist in the communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership
- Create and realize bold communication campaigns
YOUR PROFILE:
- A higher education degree ( in marketing, communication, or a related field – would be considered as an advantage)
- 4+ years of experience in communication (marketing experience can be an addition)
- Strong media relation skills (curating relationships with media, delivering company's content to media representatives)
- Excellent writing skills in Lithuanian
- Good English skills (both verbal and in written form - everyday work language)
- Have organizational, strategy-thinking, prioritizing, decision-making, and project management skills
